Znode Releases New Features and Enhancements with 9.4 Update
Znode, an enterprise B2B ecommerce platform and product of Amla Commerce, has released its 9.4 platform update. This update focuses on empowering administrators with new dashboards for managing analytics such as site search data, as well as providing an optimized and more convenient administration experience. The key features introduced in Znode 9.4 include:
- Znode Analytics Dashboard: Administrators can now view key Google Analytics data in the Znode administration console. This data, organized by store or property, includes page views, bounce rate, and new users added. The Znode Analytics Dashboard provides administrators with a convenient way to view important analytics data without having to leave the Znode administration console, and provides administrators who may not have access to Google Analytics a way to view key information.
- On-Site Search Activity Dashboard: Administrators can now view Top Keyword Searches and Zero Results Found searches for individual stores in the Znode administration console. Top Keyword Searches lists the most popular keywords being searched by customers through on-site search. No Results Found lists every keyword a customer has searched for that resulted in no keyword being found. Both Top Keyword Searches and Zero Results Found provide key insights as to what keywords customers are searching for, and the On-Site Activity Dashboard conveniently groups them together.
Additionally, the Znode 9.4 update enhanced a number of existing features including:
- Enhanced Order Management System (OMS): The Znode OMS has been enhanced with user experience improvements for managing and creating orders. These user experience improvements have optimized the OMS experience and allow administrators to manage and create orders more efficiently by reducing the number of steps in takes to manage and create orders.
The headless nature of Znode allows all of these updates to be consumed without having to go through an expensive upgrade process.
