Znode Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Connectors
Native ERP integration for manufacturers and distributors running Dynamics 365 FSC and BC
Znode announces two native connectors for connecting with Microsoft Dynamics 365. The first connector released is for Finance and Supply Chain (FSC, previously F&O). The second connector is for Business Central (BC). These connectors enable manufacturers and distributors to integrate Znode through its API layer and Commerce Connector. The connector supports common ERP-driven ecommerce workflows such as product, pricing, customer validation, and order exports.
Both connectors are configurable through the Commerce Connector in the Znode Administration Console. The Commerce Connector supports real-time and scheduled data exchanges between Znode and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Prebuilt Data Exchanges and Configurable Architecture
The Znode Commerce Connectors include prebuilt data exchanges that can be activated and configured directly in the Administration Console.
Supported data exchanges:
- Import of released products and product variants
- List pricing and customer-specific pricing via trade agreements
- Inventory updates
- Order export with account validation
All data flows through secure REST APIs and supports scheduling and configuring destination systems, transmission rules, and logic. Znode ingests only released and published records from Dynamics to ensure accurate ecommerce data.
Customer-specific pricing is mapped using Dynamics trade agreements and connected to Znode price lists at the account or user level.
Flexible Enough for Unique ERP Deployments
The connectors are designed to support both standard and customized ERP implementations.
Each connector installs as an extension in the customer’s Dynamics 365 environment. This avoids merging or compiling custom code unless the ERP has been modified. Znode connectors can be extended to support unique business logic, custom fields, or additional data mappings.
