The Central Group recognized the opportunity to serve its existing customers better and attract new customers with an innovative ecommerce experience.  The industry leader wanted to allow customers and prospects to shop from a large assortment of retail displays and packing products and allow these shoppers to customize and configure these products in the shopping experience. 

The flexibility to manage requests for quotes (RFQs) on specific products while allowing a complete ecommerce experience on other products, along with traditional B2B features such as account management, including providing multiple shipping options and managing credit terms, were needed to ensure adoption and growth. Long-term, the company was seeking the ability to scale by offering unique customer stores or just replacing legacy ecommerce sites and centrally managing its commerce.


Solution

The Central Group got the entire package when selecting Znode for its ecommerce platform combined with Artifi, a leading ecommerce product customization software and product of Amla Commerce.  This dynamic duo of ecommerce and product customization took the customer experience to a new level.

Znode's native Product Information Management (PIM) capabilities did the heavy lifting. Administrators could effortlessly organize and update product information and catalogs, including easily managing and displaying customized products.
