Znode Updates Site Search Feature in 9.5 Release

Through Znode’s ongoing product feature release cycle, new site search capabilities have been added to the enterprise B2B ecommerce platform. Ecommerce site search traditionally searches only structured content that is stored in the product information management system (PIM) or master catalog, limiting marketers’ ability to provide search results for marketing content and other forms of unstructured content that typically live on landing pages and are stored outside of the PIM.

Znode’s native enterprise site search now enables marketers and administrators to not only share more content related to products but also improves the search experience for buyers. Znode returns relevant content in search results while continuing to keep the product information clean that is stored in the PIM. When a buyer is searching, not only are relevant product results shown, but also marketing content pages related to that particular search.

This update to Znode’s built-in site search makes managing search across multiple stores even more powerful. As with all Znode feature releases, this new functionality and other updates may be consumed and applied without the need for an expensive upgrade. Znode’s headless architecture and built-in B2B functionality empowers administrators and buyers with greater flexibility and creates a strong and successful B2B buying experience.

Other Znode site search features include:

  • QR Code/Barcode Scanning
  • Searchandising
  • Boost & Bury
  • Natural Language Processing
  • Faceted Search
  • Voice Search
  • Typeahead
  • Last Applied Search/Filter
