Znode Storefront includes a powerful, easy-to-use administration tool to manage literally every aspect of the
catalog and orders. The administration tool is web based and can be easily used by non-technical personnel with limited training.

Features
Secure Role Based Login
The Znode Storefront administration can be accessed using a web browser over the internet. The admininstration site requires a secure
UserID and Password. You can also setup the administration to require a SSL connection to encrypt the communication channel for security.
Dashboard
A "Dashboard" page is displayed when the administrator logs into the storefront. This page displays high level metrics including new orders,
customers and diagnostic information.
Configuring and Managing the Catalog
Easily add products, categories, manufacturers, product attributes and more using the catalog management feature. This enables the store administrator
to complete manage the entire catalog content without any technical expertise.
Managing and Downloading Orders
You can search orders by status or date ranges. You can also look up order details and change the status. Order data can be downloaded to excel
spreadsheets for your reference.
Managing Accounts
You can search and download customer accounts to Excel spreadsheets. You can also edit a customer's record to change contact information and billing/shipping addresses.
A customer's login information can also be reset through the admin so they can access their account online.
Managing Site Content
Znode Storefront includes a built-in content management (CMS) feature that allows you to create static content pages such as "privacy policy" or
"shipping information". The administrator can then edit these content pages easily using the included content editor. You can add any type of
content to these pages including text, images and rich media. The content management feature also includes "revisions" for each content page
that will allow you to rollback the content to a previous version if required.
Global Storefront Settings
Easily manage global store settings such as payment options, shipping rules, taxes, email settings and more using the storefront administration tool.
You can also setup account information for 3rd party services such as Shipping Services (FedEx/UPS) and Merchant Gateways (Authorize.net, Verisign, etc).
Reporting
Znode Storefront uses the SQL Report Viewer to generate common reports. The generated reports also allows you to export to formats such as PDF and Excel.
You can modify the reporting area easily to add your own custom reports. Note that creation of custom reports requires technical knowledge.
