Znode to Launch Revolutionary Viewpoint Product

Znode Inc announced today it is releaseing Viewpoint, a revolutionary new product.
Focused on marketers, Viewpoint is a powerful, portable selling engine that shortens
time-to-sale by creating direct purchase paths through highly personalized views
into a product catalog.
Viewpoint creates the ability to blend a configurable set of customer questions,
existing customer intelligence, and marketing campaigns to present a targeted set
of product choices.
"The power of Viewpoint is to increase sales conversions by creating a highly personalized
buying opportunity” stated Vish Vishwanathan, CEO of Znode. “Now imagine putting
this experience anywhere, within your own website, in social media, or anywhere
a banner ad might be. The possibilities are endless."
Viewpoint also enables smarter targeting of offers because it captures shopping
behavior in real time, and provides analytics so sales and merchandising strategies
can be tested and adjusted.
Vish stated that the creation of Viewpoint is consistent with Znode's vision to
constantly be innovating new products and services that enhance the capabilities
of all aspects of online commerce.
General availability of Viewpoint is targeted for June 22nd, 2009 and will be sold
as a software as a service (SAAS) offering.

Znode to Launch New Multifront Product

Znode announced today it will be releasing Multifront, a new product which extends
the capabilities of its popular Multifront software.
With Multifront customers benefit from a full featured e-commerce platform built
on the solid ASP.NET architecture of Multifront, but now receive the additional
multi store management capability. Customers will be able to manage multiple storefronts
and multiple views of a product catalog quickly and easily within the same instance
of the software.
"Imagine being able to manage multiple brands, and multiple views of the catalog;
Spring Summer, Fall versions with separate promotions and pricing. The flexibility
is amazing" stated Vish Vishwanathan, CEO of Znode. "We believe that Multifront
fulfills an incredible need in the market and takes Znode to the next level with
regard to catering to the needs of high end retailers."
Vish also stated that the development of Multifront follows Znode’s corporate mentality
of listening intently to customer needs and having a consistent process of incorporating
this feedback into their products.
General availability of Multifront is targeted for June 22nd, 2009. As a part of
the release, Znode will be rebranding its existing Multifront product, which will
be sold as Singlefront.

Local Columbus Technology Veteran to Join Znode

Znode announced today that Jeff Haskett, will join its executive ranks.
Haskett, 41, was most recently with BMW Group Financial Services where he held the
position of General Manager, Application Management Group, with responsibility for
technology in the United States and Canada, for the automotive finance company.
Haskett was originally brought into the company to launch the eCommerce capabilities
for the BMW Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Prior to that, Haskett was an executive with the Columbus office of Accenture where
he specialized in technology consulting, business process engineering, and enterprise
software implementation.
Haskett also has deep ties to the Columbus technology community where he has been
an active member for over ten years. “We are very pleased to have someone of Jeff’s
caliber and experience joining the company,” stated Vish Vishwanathan, CEO of Znode.
“We are looking forward to him playing an integral part in our aggressive growth
strategy”.
Znode was recently awarded a $1.2 million dollar loan from the Ohio Department of
Development. “We see this as a definitive step in our intent to retain and grow
technology talent in Ohio,” said Vish, “we are looking to Jeff to help continue
our commitment to increasing the prominence of Columbus based technology on the
national and international stage.”
