Management Team

Vish has over 15 years of experience in managing software development for clients ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500. Notable clients include Borden Foods, Qwest Communications, BMW Group and Lucas Automotive. Vish comes from a core technical background and served as the lead architect/ consultant on several BMW Group websites. Vish has also managed large online properties in the past and has been a long time innovator with several patents and national publications to his credit.

David has over 20 years experience managing software development with projects ranging from embedded systems to client server and web based applications. David has served as project manager and lead developer on numerous projects over the years for such companies as Bell Labs, Qwest, and OCLC.

Hugh has over 20 years of senior leadership experience in managing all corporate functions, while guiding very rapid revenue growth in the companies he has led. Hugh has served as President of Qwest Communications International broadband division. From start-up in January of 2000, this subsidiary grew to over $200 Million in annual revenue within the first two years of operations. With over 800 employees and an annual budget of over $300 Million, it was one of the fastest growing divisions of Qwest Communications. From early 1996 through January, 2000, he served as President of Nextlink Midwest which is the second largest competitive local-phone service provider in the United States. This company, now known as XO Communications, has current revenues of $1.0 billion with over 5,500 employees.

Tom has 11 years of professional experience in financial and strategy-based leadership roles for growth-oriented organizations. Mr. Bruce’s diverse mix of roles and accomplishments provides a unique set of qualifications that are building blocks for the successful business model execution for many ventures. Most recently, Tom served as the Vice President of Operations and Finance for VenJuvo, Inc., where he led a team through a 2-year project to create facility, software and resource planning protocols designed to support the rollout of multiple fortune 100 retailers. Prior to VenJuvo, Tom built and sold a practice that provided financial advisory and accounting services to growth-oriented companies.
