The annual maintenance agreement costs 25% of the software license fee. If you purchase the annual maintenance agreement on any software licence you will be eligible for the following:

• Free major version upgrades for a year
• Free minor version upgrades and patches for a year
• Email notifications for any emergency patches and upgrades
• 5 Additional email incidents (can be used anytime during the annual maintenance period)
